Terms and Conditions for Invisalign Open Day

*Terms and conditions apply. A £20 refundable deposit is required to book the initial consultation. Please contact the practice for more details. This offer is available on the dates of Friday 30th September or Saturday 1st October. The initial complimentary consultation is with our Dentist Dr. Harriet Taylor or Dr Heulwen Williams. Appointments are subject to availability. Offer is subject to patient eligibility for Invisalign treatment. 10% discount on Invisalign treatment. The discount is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other treatments or any other offers. All sales are final. In the event that Dr. Harriet Taylor or Dr Heulwen Williams is unavailable for any appointment scheduled in relation to this offer, the practice will use best efforts to rearrange the appointment. In the event that Dr. Harriet Taylor or Dr Heulwen Williams is unavailable and cannot be rearranged a full refund will be issued to the patient. Any personal data collected by the practice in relation to this offer will be used solely for this promotion and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual’s consent. The practice accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of the use of this offer or receipt of the treatment.
